Refund policy
At Maga Down Under, your satisfaction is our priority. As we partner with multiple printing facilities for on-demand printing and order fulfilment, all of our products are custom-made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference-based reasons.
However, we are committed to resolving any issues related to manufacturing defects, damage, or order errors. Please see our returns policy below:
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
To make a claim, please email us at help@magadownunder.com.au with the following:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue (damaged/incorrect item)

A description of the problem
Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund promptly.
2. Lost Orders
If your package is lost in transit and the shipping address was correct, we’ll work with our partners to resolve the issue. In most cases, a replacement order will be sent at no charge.
3. Returns Not Accepted
Because our products are made-to-order:

4. Consumer Guarantees (AU/NZ Customers)
This policy does not replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement, or refund.
